Customer wanted something from a magazine article from D Home Magazine showing a certain style platform bed. The bed was made custom to their bedroom, and was made to float in the middle of the room.

This king size bed connects with mortise and tenon joints and comes apart in 5 separate pieces. The bed is made to be extremely solid when assembled and unassembled easily. The bed is actually 5 separate parts and moves easily.

This bed was made from 1 and 1 half inch solid walnut.

We make this design here in the shop for anyone. The purchase price will always depend on the material (more exotic materials will cost more).

For your last question, while I know very talented crafstmen, I would not trust my design to be made by anyone else but myself.
